Fees Information
- Happy Feet day care operates from 8:00am – 7:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00am- 3:00pm on Saturdays. Parents can choose any time slot within the given working hours.
- At the time of Admission Parents have to pay the following :
- Admission Fee Rs 3000/- (Non-Refundable)
- Caution Deposit Rs 2000/- (Refundable)
- Form Fee Rs 500/- (Non-Refundable)
- Monthly fee based on the age and time slot chosen
- Monthly charges are determined based on the age of the child as well as the time slot chosen. For Saturday’s parents have to pay additional amount Rs 1200/- for the entire month.
- All the parents are requested to pay the monthly fee by 10th of every month. Fee can be paid in cash or by cheque. Post dated cheques can also be submitted. Online transfer can also be done for the same.
- Parents will have to pay a late charge of Rs 300/- in case the monthly is not paid on or before 10th of every month.
- A late pick-up charge of Rs 100/- per hour per day will apply in case the child is picked up 10 mins. beyond the chosen slot.
- In an event where the fee cheque is dishonoured, the bank charges as applicable will have to be borne by the parents.
- Parents can make changes in the time slot as per the requirement.
- If you are planning for a long leave , a written application from the parents specifying the period of leave is expected atleast a week in advance- . In absence of a proper leave application parents will be charged for the entire leave period.
- Parents will be charged for the entire month irrespective of the child’s attendance.
- Once the admission is confirmed, there would be no refund of the monthly fee or the admission fee and form fee in any case . Only caution deposit will be refunded.
- Parents are requested to ensure that their child does not wear or carry any kind of expensive jewelery or money on him/her . Daycare will not be responsible for any loss.
- Parents please make a note of the meals timings.
- Mid Morning Snacks At 10:00am
- Lunch At 12 noon
- Milk & Dry snacks At 3:00pm
- Evening snacks At 5:00pm
- All the children present on the facility at the specified meal times will be served freshly cooked vegetarian meals.
